Operational Exchange: Two Indian Naval Ships In Yangon

Two Indian Naval ships are on a visit to Myanmar as part of the ongoing bilateral mechanisms between the two countries. Kulish and Battimalv along with one Indian Navy Dornier aircraft visit Yangon from 24 to 26 September, for Opening Ceremony of the 7th IN-MN Coordinated Patrol.

The coordinated patrol is to maintain maritime security within respective side of maritime boundary and enhance mutual understanding between navies through operational exchange. Over 120 personnel are on board the Naval ship Kulish while over 50 personnel on Battimalvis. They will also make courtesy calls, conduct sports and social interactions and visit to the places of interest during their stay in Yangon.
