Operational Efficiency and Upgrades: Prime Minister visits No.1 Oil Refinery (Thanlyin)

Chairman of the State Administration Council and Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing visited the No.1 Oil Refinery (Thanlyin) under the Myanma Petrochemical Enterprise of the Ministry of Energy on Sunday.

After receiving update reports on the operation process, the Prime Minister instructed the need to achieve its normal operation initially and emphasized the importance of subsequent upgrade works to support local energy demand. Following the briefing, the Prime Minister and party took a tour of the refinery, during which honorary cash awards were presented to the staff.
