






In honoring celebration of the 80th Anniversary Armed Forces Day, the opening ceremonies for the new inter-village concrete road connecting Shwe-U-Daung village to Yway Su village, as well as the new concrete roads within Shwe-U-DaungĀ village, were held at the respective locations on March 25.
Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe, Naypyidaw Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo, Deputy Minister U Myint Soe, council members, and relevant officials attended the event, where they cut the ribbon to officially open the new concrete road and inspected it.
At the event, Union Minister U Hla Moe stated that the government and relevant authorities have been fulfilling the needs of the villages. He urged local residents to work together to protect the fruits of their labors and ensure that there is no damage, allowing them to enjoy long-term benefits.
Furthermore, Naypyidaw Council Chairman U Than Tun Oo delivered a speech, and a local resident expressed gratitude for the construction of the new concrete roads. Following this, commemorative gifts were presented to the Union Minister, Naypyidaw Council Chairman, and officials as mementos of the opening ceremony.
Following this, the Union Minister, Naypyidaw Council Chairman, and officials attended a ceremony at the Mahajanaka monastery in Tatkone Township, where they provided materials for small-scale industries and projects aimed at raising family incomes in rural areas, as well as certificates for completed training programs.
They also visited "Hla" cotton thread production cooperative in Takone Township to inspect the cotton grinding machine and the storage facility, where officials presented updates on their operations, while the Union Minister provided necessary feedback and suggestions for their needs.
Later, it was reported that Union Minister U Hla Moe attended a coordinating meeting of the committee for the procurement and distribution of Eurea Fertilizer, where he also delivered remarks.
