Opening of community centre: SAC member and MOI Union Minister opened the centre

The opening ceremony of community center under the department of Information and Public Relations, Ministry of Information in Pantanaw Township was held in the morning on June 4 and Member of the State Administration Council Mann Nyein Maung, Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn, Ayeyawady Region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win and Commander of South-West Command Maj-Gen Kyi Khaing opened the community center by pressing electric button.

Next, the SAC member, Union Minister, Chief Minister and Commander sprinkled the mobile library bus with scented water.

Then, the SAC member and party viewed round the new community center.

At the second part of the ceremony, SAC member Mann Nyein Maung gave an opening remark followed by the speech of honor of the Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn and Ayeyawady Region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win.

Then, a Township elder U Tin Soe expressed words of thanks.

Afterward, Union Minister U Maung Maung Ohn provided MRTV Set Top Boxes for the local residents and local military stations and accepted the cash donation and returned the certificate of honor to the well wishers.
