

The refresher course of office work skill for officers and staffs of the Factories and General Labour Laws Inspection Department of the Ministry of Labour was opened in Nay Pyi Taw on 19th June.
At the event, Union Minister for Labour Dr Pwint San said that the course aims to know objectives, goal and responsibilities of the Ministry, civil servant ethics, State Civil Service Law, by laws, to operate office works systematically and to be able lead an organization that is assigned.
In the course, the ethical values for civil servant, rules and principles of the state Civil Serice Law, bylaw, office works, Preliminary Enquiry, Departmental Enquiry lesson, accounting subject, awareness on anti-corruption, subjects of related ministries, seminar and practical works will be conducted.
The trainees are urged to work for good image of the Ministry by applying the knowledge that are learnt from the course at the work site and to exchange knowledge, views and experiences among each other.
The Union Minister added that learning is very important for officers and staffs to have knowledge and skills for serving duties responsibilities. The civil service personnel need to serve public service works honestly, responsibility, accountability and transparently by assigned duties.
In implementing policies and directives adopted by superior departments, it can’t be performed by alone and it needs to work together by respective departments, organizations and the staffs unitedly and to act with the least command from the superior according to their positions.
The course will be conducted to a total of 32 trainee officers and staff from respective head offices, regions and states with in House Training System from 19th to 26th June.
