Offering rice provision: Families of MoHA offered rice to the monasteries

The members of forces, officers and staff families of the Ministry of Home Affairs are offering rice and rice vermicelli to the monasteries in each Township.

On October 4, for the monks residing in Vajirananda Suvodhayon  monastery in Ottarathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, Mahabodhi BuddhaGaya monastery in Dagon Myothit (North) Township, TheInGu monastery in Mingalardon Township, Yatana PanKone Pariyatti Sarthintaik in Shwe Pyitha Township, Salinmonastery in Kyimyindaing  Township of Yangon, Swam Kham monastery in Kengtung Township, Thitsa Tawya monastery in Lashio Township and Naung In Pariyatti Sarthintaik  in Taunggyi Township of Shan State, Nijjodhayon (NyaungPinTha) Pariyatti Sarthintaik in Pathein Township of Ayeyawady Region, Mahanandithenayama monastery in Chanmyatharsi Township, Taung Khwin Min Gyi monastery in Maha Aungmyay Township and Indriyayarma Shwegu monastery of Mandalay Region, the rice vermicelli were offered by the responsible officials, it’s reported.
