



In order to facilitate the alms during the prevention of COVID-19 period, the members of forces, officers and staff families of the Ministry of Home Affairs are offering rice and rice vermicelli to the monasteries in each Township.
On 4th of May, for the monks residing in Yankin Tawya monastery of Lewe Township, Suriyarama monastery, Pubbathiri Township of Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, Dhammrakkhita Wuntho monastery in Myitkyina Township of Kachin State, Jotikayon monastery in Dawei Township of Tanintharyi Region, Shwe Hinthar Tawya monastery in Bago Township of Bago Region, Dhatu Mala Pariyatti Sarthinteik in Mawlamyaing Township of Mon State, Masoe Yein monastery in Tamwe Township of Yangon Region, Shwe Bone Yeik monastery in Mingalardon township and Dhammalankara monastery in North Okkalapa Township, the rice provisions were offered and Waiyan Bone Myint monastery in Magwe Township of Magwe Region, Maha Pannindarama monastery in Chan Mya Thar Zi Township and Ashae Khinmakan monastery in Aung Myay Tharzan Township of Mandalay Region, Jotarama monastery in Alone Township of Yangon Region, Lwekhan Par Moenae monastery in Taunggyi Township, Shwe Pyi Aye monastery in Lashio Township of Shan State, the rice vermicelli were offered by the responsible officials, it’s reported.
