





Bago Region Chief Minister U MyoSwe Win attended the 7th certificate presenting ceremony of Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery held in Pyay Township on 23rd of October.
First, Chief Minister said that nurses and midwives play vital role in patient care like other medical staff. It is also needed to promote the quality services in caring the patients and to follow the basic ethics and nurses and midwives are required to put good intention in priority while dealing with the patients so that the trust can be built with them.
The certified ones are needed to give healthcare services to the needy patients with goodwill, loving kindness, and sympathy considering them like family members. He also highlighted that the worksite, there need to have teamwork spirit and cooperation efforts monitoring health problems of the people.
Afterwards, the documentary group photo was taken and chief minister cordially greeted the graduate nurses and midwives. Nursing and Midwifery School in Pyay Township of Bago region since 1994 and there were 1,262 training completed nurses till 2022 and there are 122 trainees for the latest batch and they all are going to be assigned at the workplaces directly.Â
