Notification No.2/2024: Enactment of Reserve Forces By-Laws

Ministry of Defence of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar issued Notification No (2/2024), introducing the Reserve Forces By-Laws, on 10th of March.  These regulations consist of (7) Chapters, (27) sections and (8) forms of appendices.

Each chapter addresses stipulations for name and definition, terms of military duty service, establishing the Summoning Bodies of Reserve Forces at different levels and their duties, Summoning for registration, medical check-up and duty assignment for Reserve Forces, formation of board of examiners and its responsibilities, determination of benefits and miscellaneous matters.
