North Macedonia underwater Christmas tree

Scuba divers from local club “Amphora” traditionally decorated the Christmas tree at the bottom of Lake Ohrid in north Macedonia.

This year, the underwater Christmas tree is decorated along with the volunteers of the Red Cross nearby the Museum on the water, stationed at the lake.

Divers wished New Year greetings to all citizens of North Macedonia and dedicated the event to the children with rare diseases.

The Christmas tree can be seen until the January 2025 and it will be illuminated for the very first time.
