North Korea's Kim inaugurates greenhouse farm in Sinuiju

North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un attended the inauguration ceremony of the Sinuiju Combined Greenhouse Farm in North Pyongan Province on Sunday. Kim is then given a tour of the vast farm during which he smells the vegetables and catches a fish with his bare hand.

He vowed to "transform" North Korea with a drive to build public health facilities, leisure complexes and industrial plants over a third of the country. Attending a ceremony for a construction project in Unnyul County, the official Korean Central News Agency said Kim announced projects to be built in 20 regions.

"They are now standing on the starting line of the gigantic struggle for another year, aimed at transforming the regions," Kim said. "Nearly one-third of the cities and counties across the country will have been transformed," he said.
