N.Korea to discuss revising Constitution at parliamentary meeting

North Korea said key parliamentary meeting would be held in Pyongyang on 7th October to discuss amending the Constitution.

Rodong Sinmun newspaper reported that the Supreme People's Assembly would deliberate revisions to the Constitution, as well as trade with other countries and more. The assembly is held once or twice a year to decide on matters including the national budget, legal amendments and personnel appointments to national organs.
