Night Market: Market at Nay Pyi Taw Water Fountain Garden

To help locals and visitors relax and refresh their mind, the night market at the Nay Pyi Taw Water Fountain Garden has been opened since October 1 on the weekend from 3 to 10 pm. Along with places for visitors to take photos, this night market is decorated with LED lighting.

Also, famous artistes have been staging performance there since it’s opened. The night market also has over 30 food shops selling Myanmar and Thai foods as well as sea foods. Entrance fees are free for those under 5 years of age and 3,000 Kyats for those above 5.

Thadingyut Festival celebration is also underway there for 3 days, on the 8th, 9th and 10th of October. The Nay Pyi Taw Water Fountain Garden is 165 acres wide with a steel structure arch-way. Also included in the garden are ponds, fountains, high clock tower, recreation centres, stone gardens, buggy road and footpaths.
