Nigeria's women’s basketball team returns home as Women's Afrobasket champions

Nigeria’s national women’s basketball team, D’Tigress, arrived Monday in Abuja as Women's Afrobasket tournament champions, winning the title for the 5th consecutive time. The team won the trophy by defeating Mali, Country in West Africa, 78-64, in a thrilling match in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. D'Tigress captain said "It feels really nice to come back and be able to present the trophy back to country,".
