Nicaraguans cheer the arrival of Miss Universe in Costa Rica

Dozens of Nicaraguans gathered at the San Jose airport in Costa Rica to cheer and chant as Miss Universe Sheynnis Palacios arrives for a two-day promotional tour of the beauty pageant.

The Nicaraguan woman was the first from Central America to win the title, and her victory sparked the largest celebrations in Nicaragua.
