News writing and photography: MIFER Union Minister attends the closing ceremony

The closing ceremony of news writing and photography training organized by the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations was held at the meeting hall of the Minister’s office on Monday and it was attended by Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr. Kan Zaw.

At the ceremony, Union Minister made a speech saying that this training course aims to enhance capacity building of the staffs under the Ministry and to improve in writing the true news. The training course taught the meaning and structure of news, information related statements to the public, concept of photography and lighting technique.

The training will be beneficial for the trainees and they will gain capacity and capability and it was conducted the practical training for the attendees to obtain information for news and outdoor photography, he added. And he extended words of thanks to the officials from the Ministry of Information and urged trainees to apply systematically their knowledge and skills learned from this training.

The ceremony was attended a total of 100 participates included deputy minister, director generals, deputy permanent secretary, other officials, coaches and trainees via online.
