New Postal Stamp: Myanmar Post to issue native species butterfly stamp

Myanmar Post, under the Ministry of Transport and Communication, is set to issue a new postal stamp depicting the "Common Bluebottle" butterfly.

This species has been documented as a native butterfly in Myanmar by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation. The new 200-kyat postal stamp is scheduled to go on sale starting at 9:30 am on March 27th at Nay Pyi Taw Central Post, Yangon Post, Mandalay Post, and Region/State Post Offices. As part of a special program, first-day cover stamp service will be provided on its debut date.
