New postage stamp to be issued: A special Block stamp to be issued on April 28

The Myanmar Post under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, is issuing a special Block stamp (valued at 2400 kyats) to commemorate the 12-month festivals and flowers.

This new type of postage stamp will be available for purchase starting at 09:30 AM on April 28, 2025. It will be sold simultaneously at the Central Post Office in Nay Pyi Taw and General Post offices in Yangon and Mandalay, and post offices across the Regions and States.

As a special program, the postage stamp purchased at the Central Post Office in Nay Pyi Taw and General Post offices in Yangon and Mandalay on April 28, 2025, the date will be sealed on the bought postage stamps, it’s learnt.
