A shiny new observation deck opened in Manhattan on Thursday promising tourists and locals alike a view of New York City like they have never experienced.

Summit One Vanderbilt has three levels of glass and mirrors that reflect every angle of the skyline when visitors walk around. Visitors can also experience the sensation of walking on air by standing in the enclosed glass skyboxes high above Madison Avenue. Breathtaking views from 1,200 feet above New York City can be seen by riding a glass enclosed elevator, which travels up the outside of the skyscraper.

There's also a cafe called Apres by Danny Meyer's Union Square Events. The entrance to Summit One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse of Grand Central Terminal. Tickets start at $39 for adults. $33 is for children between six and 12. There are special prices for New Yorker residence.
