New Facility: New Campus Canteen & blood donation at Mandalay TU

A new campus canteen was opened at Technological University of Mandalay in Patheingyi Township of Aung MyayThaZan Districtfor convenience of teachers and students.

The opening ceremony was held on Friday with the presence of Chief Minister U Myo Aung, Regional Ministers and many other concerned officials. The newly constructed steel structure campus canteen worth over 250 million kyats was implemented with the budget of Regional Government in 2023-2024 Fiscal Year.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said the Technological University of Mandalay is the one which is turning out skillful and outstanding engineers for the country. He urged all the students to try hard their best, studying new technologies and making innovation.

One of the students expressed word of thanks and the canteen was formally opened by cutting ceremonial ribbons. After the ceremony, the Chief Minister and party proceeded to the Assembly Hall of the University to observe the blood donation event, in commemoration of 100th Anniversary Engineering Academic Year.
