New Facility : Inauguration of Sitagu Kaytumady Aryudhana Hospital

The inauguration ceremony of Sitagu Kaytumady Aryudhana hospital was held at Kaytumady Myothit in Taungoo Township, Bago Region on Thursday.

During the ceremony, the well-wishers made cash donations for the hospital which was accepted by the Union Ministers on behalf of the Sitagu Sayadawgyi and presented the certificates of honour in return. Then, Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Tin Oo Lwin submitted the religious matters and Union Minister for Health Dr Thet Khaing Win submitted the purpose of inaugurating the hospital.

Then, the Sitagu Sayadawgyi delivered a sermon stating the importance of having man power along with the provisions of materials, cash assistance and will power in carrying out the religious matters, social affairs and healthcare services. After that, the attendees shared the merits gained.

This was followed by inauguration of the hospital by cutting the ceremonial ribbon. Subsequently, the Sitagu Sayadawgyi together with the Union Ministers and officials encouraged and provided cash assistance to the patients at the hospital.
