NEW COVID-19 CASES AT 8:00 A.M. ON 23rd SEPTEMBER

Ministry of Health and Sports at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday reported 216 new COVID-19 cases after testing 3083 lab specimens as the second batch. COVID-19 cases in Myanmar have now reached 6959 with 116 deaths till 8:00 Am on 23rd September.

1951 recovered patients have been discharged from the hospitals and put under quarantine.

The World’s worst-hit countries are United States of America, India, Brazil, Russian Federation, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, Spain and Argentina, according to the World Health Organization.

Globally, as of 3:13 pm CEST, 22nd September 2020, there have been over 31.17 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 962,613 deaths, reported to WHO.
