New Academic Year: Hakha University organizes Fresher Welcome Ceremony

Hakha University hosted a welcoming ceremony for the 2023-2024 academic year on Tuesday, with the attendance of Chief Minister Dr. Vung Suan Thang. The Chief Minister underscored the extensive plans in place for the education sector's advancement in Chin State.

He urged attendees to aspire to become intellectual and intelligentsia figures, positioning themselves as reliable contributors to the nation. The Pro-Rector of the University delivered a warm welcoming speech, followed by introduction of heads and officials.

During the ceremony, stipends were provided for the students, and one of the fresher students expressed gratitude. The students also showcased their talents through entertaining programs, featuring traditional songs and dances.
