Netherlands bridge collapse leaves 2 dead

Dutch regional authorities said two people have been killed and another 2 people were injured after part of a canal bridge which was under construction collapsed in the Netherlands on Wednesday.

Dutch PM Mark Rutte expressed his condolences to the victims of the "tragic" event.  The bridge collapsed as workers lifted a large metal arch into place and the accident is being investigated.
