Nepal-China Dragon Boat Festival held in Pokhara

Chinese teams dominated the second edition of the Nepal-China Friendly Dragon Boat Race Festival, held on Fewa Lake in Pokhara on Monday. Dongguan Laoyu Club clinched victory in both the 200-meter and 500-meter races, earning a $10,000 cash prize.

Yunnan Minzu University took second in both events, while Liaocheng University and Yuhan University secured third place finishes. The festival, aimed at strengthening cultural ties and promoting tourism between Nepal and China, saw 20 teams compete, including participants from China, Singapore and Nepal.
