Naval Visit : Tour to the visiting Chinese Navy Fleet in Yangon

Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Htein Win led the delegation to observe the visiting Chinese Navy Fleet, docked at Thilawa Port on Friday. The Commander-in-Chief (Navy) and party were welcomed at Thilawa MTT Port by Senior Captain Xu Fang, leader of the Visiting Navy Fleet.

The Commander-in-Chief (Navy) later received the salute of the Navy Crew on board the Tang Shang Destroyer. They later took of the tour of the vessels where officials explained the salient points of each vessel. The guided-missile destroyer Tangshan, the guided-missile frigate Daqing and the comprehensive supply ship Taihu from 48th PLA Navy Escort Task Group are docking at Yangon Thilawa Port for goodwill visit.
