Nationwide Census kicks off: Census enumeration carrying out in regions and states

The enumeration of 2024 Nationwide Population and Housing Census is kicked off at the wards and villages of the townships of regions and states starting from the morning on 1st October.

The enumeration of population and housing census is supervised by the district officer of immigration Department, Chairman of Township Census Enumeration Supervisory Committee Township Administrator and members.

In every country, the census is an important source for obtaining demographic information and household characteristics. Accordingly, the 2024 Population and Housing Census will be collected from October 1st to 15th, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, by visiting households.
