National Parliament: Questions Raised, Committee’s Report Clarified

The second national parliament convened the 4th day of 14th regular session on Thursday.

During the session, the speaker informed the parliament regarding with the substitution of members and reformation of national parliament education promotion committee and sought the approval of the parliament.

Next, the MPs raised the asterisk mark questions including connection of electricity line from the national grid to some villages in Mawlamyaing Township, the preparations not to cut power supply and have power outage in the coming scorching hot season, upgrading post primary school into a sub middle school in Gone Taung Village in KyaukPhyu Township, Rakhine State and other 3 questions.

The national parliament bill committee clarified the committee’s report on the industrial zone law sent by the people’s parliament with amendment.
