The 2nd National Parliament held the 10th day meeting of the 14th regular session on Monday.
Questions were raised on matters including the government’s Illicit Trade/Conflict Economy policy, agricultural products marketing programs by Myanmar’s business representatives across the world and plan to establish a sub-election commission office in Matupi Township.
The parliament sought approval of amendment to Myanmar insolvency bill submitted by the People’s Parliament. A parliamentarian submitted a proposal urging the Union Government to have the ministries abandon the lands which are not currently in use for development programmes. The Parliament sought approval of the proposal.
