National guard continues to add barbed wire in the US-Mexico

In Texas, US workers continue to add barbed wire along the border with Mexico, adjacent to the Mexican city of Matamoros. One of the migrants from Venezuela said the national guards are reinforcing the upper part with barbed wire on these days and it is no longer possible to cross the river.
