National Export Strategy: Dy Prime Minister presides over review meeting

A review meeting on the National Export Strategy (2020-2025) was conducted at the Ministry of Planning and Finance on Friday in the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister U Win Shein.

In his opening speech, the Union Minister stressed that the current export strategy (2020-2025) needs to be reviewed to meet the actual conditions. Special emphasis should be put on the country’s economic objectives and the key areas that can bring benefits instantly by establishing an Integrated Strategy.

Then, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Union Minister coordinated the needs of the respective sectors upon the reports and suggestions related to the National Export Strategy by the attendees.
