National Assembly discusses amendments to planning law

The National Assembly in Viet Nam held a plenary session on Wednesday to discuss the amended draft Law on Planning.

National Assembly Deputies demonstrated strong interest in addressing urgent issues concerning state management of planning, particularly as it relates to implementing the two-level local government system. The National Assembly also discussed the draft law amending and supplementing several provisions of the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy.
