The Myanmar SepakTakraw Team secured their country's very first gold medal at the ongoing 19th Asian Games by defeating the Indonesian team with a score of 2-0 on Wednesday. Japan and the Philippines secured third place in the same event. The Myanmar team was awarded 1,000 US dollars for their gold medal win by the government.
