Myanmar / India: Deputy Prime Minister receives Ambassador

Member of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Defence Admiral Tin Aung San on Tuesday received the Indian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Vinay Kumar.

The meeting at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw focused on acceleration of defence cooperation, security issues in the border areas of the two countries and training issues between the two countries’ armed forces. This meeting was also joined by other Myanmar and Indian officials.
