Myanmar / Ethiopia: Union Minister receives Ambassador in Nay Pyi Taw

Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing received Mr. DabaDebeleHunde,Ambassador-designate of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with residence in Tokyo, at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on the 11thof July.

During the meeting, they cordially discussed matters regarding the deportation of the illegal Ethiopian nationals in Myanmar without detaining them, enhancing bilateral cooperation in human trafficking and illegal entry prevention as well as collaborative immigration tasks.
