Myanmar / Ethiopia: Union Minister receives Ambassador in Nay Pyi Taw

Union Minister for SAC Chairman’s Office Ministry (2) U KoKoHlaing received Mr. Daba DebeleHunde, Ambassador-designate of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with residence in Tokyo, at the SAC Chairman’s Office Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on 10th of July.

During the meeting, the Union Minister congratulated the Ethiopian Ambassador for his appointment as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, with residence in Tokyo.

Then, the cordially discussed current political situation of both countries, strengthening bilateral relationship, enhancing bilateral trade and investment and natural disaster response. The meeting was also attended by Director General and senior officials of the SAC Chairman’s Office Ministry.
