Myanmar Electronic Voting Machine: MEVM demonstration in Ayeyawady Constituency

Voters in the Ayeyawady Region Constituency participated in the practical casting of votes through the Myanmar Electronic Voting Machine (MEVM), which commenced on February 7th.

On Sunday, over 1,100 residents from Kangyidaung and Labutta Townships joined the activity. Among the participants were staff from the General Administrative Department and the Ministry of Education, representatives from political parties, and eligible voters.

Officials from the Region, District, and Township Election Sub-Commissions explained the process of casting votes through the MEVM. The program will continue in the remaining townships in the Ayeyawady Region Constituency.
