Myanmar Citizens Repatriated: Three citizens arrive back from Baghdad

Three Myanmar citizens were repatriated from Baghdad with the arrangement of Myanmar Embassy in Cairo.

The embassy coordinated with the relevant authorities from Iraq to facilitate Myanmar citizens who were facing difficulties in Baghdad and wanted to return home. They departed from Baghdad on 1st February, and arrived at Yangon International Airport on Friday evening, via Dubai and Bangkok.

They were welcomed at the Airport by the departmental officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement, Myanmar Police Force and Rakhine National Network.
