Myanmar-Belarus: MOI UM received Chairman of MBCDEC

Chairman of the Myanmar-Belarus Cooperation Development Executive Committee Mr. Alexander Shpakovsky paid a courtesy call to Union Minister for Information, U Maung Maung Ohn, at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday.

First, the books on "Myanmar Selected Tales" and "38 Blessings" (Russian/Burmese) and four songs about Myanmar composed by Belarusian composers were presented to the Union Minister by the Chairman of the Myanmar-Belarus Cooperation Development Executive Committee.

Then, the Chairman of Executive Committee explained the reason for donating the books and discussed the cooperation in the media sector between Myanmar and Belarus. Deputy Minister U Ye Tint, Permanent Secretary U Win Kyaw Aung, and departmental officials attended the meeting.
