Myanmar / Bangladesh: Dy Prime Minister receives Bangladeshi Ambassador

Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to Myanmar Dr. Md. Monwar Hossain on Thursday at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.

During the call, they cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further consolidation of friendship and expansion of multi-sectoral cooperation between the two countries, continued collaboration to maintain peace and stability in the border area as well as promotion of people-to-people exchanges between Myanmar and Bangladesh.
