Following the powerful earthquake that caused significant damage and losses across various states and regions, Myanma Posts and Telecommunications (MPT) has launched its third round of free communication services to ensure uninterrupted contact for affected residents and staff in the disaster-hit areas, according to the MPT office in Yangon.
As part of this initiative, MPT is offering unlimited free access to Viber (for text messaging only) and 1,000 free SMS messages between MPT users. These services are available from April 12 to April 22, allowing users to stay connected during this critical time.
