MoU Signing ceremony: MoU on road construction projects signed

The GMS Projects Roadshow and Lancang-Mekong Fruit Festival for the 2023 GMS Governors’ Forum was held in the evening on August 17th at the Lily Hall of Yunnan Haigeng Conference Center in Kunming City, Yunnan Province of China.

Myanmar delegation led by the Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr. Kan Zaw attended the occasion.

Myanmar Consul General to China U Thaw Tar Aung gave remark and the Chairman of Myanmar-India-China International Cooperation and Economic Development Association (MICA) clarified regarding with promoting the construction of the Myanmar-India-China International Logistic Corridor.

Next, the MoU Signing ceremony on cooperation in Myanmar Kanpaitee-Myitkyina-Pangsau road construction project was held and signed by Htein Chong-Htein Mi Road Construction Management Co., Ltd, Yunnan Pausan Heinyi group of companies and Shwe Than Lwin group of companies.

The 2023 GMS Economic Corridor Government Officials Meeting was held in Kunming City, Yunnan Province of China from 14th to 17th August.
