Morocco won the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile on Monday morning, thanks to a first-half brace from Yasser Zabiri, leading his country to a 2-0 victory over Argentina in the final.

This is the first world title for the Moroccan national team and the first feat in the history of Arab participation in the various football tournaments organized by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association. With this victory, Morocco became the first Arab country to win the FIFA U-20 World Cup and the second African country after Ghana in 2009.
