Monsoon tree planting: Ministry of Labour organizes the ceremony

The Ministry of Labour held its 2023 monsoon tree planting ceremony at the Social Security Board (Head Office) in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday.

Union Minister for Labour Dr Pwint Hsan, Deputy Minister U Win Shein, Permanent Secretary, Directors General, officers and staffs attended the event. First, the Union Minsiter, the Deputy Minsiter and permanent secretary planted Seintalone mango trees at the designated places.

The Directors General, officers and staffs also planted Ngu Sat (Burmese Pink Cassia) and Seintalone mango saplings, respectively. After that, the Union Minister and party viewed around planting of saplings by the attendees.

In the ceremony, a total of 102 saplings including 28 Ngu Sat, 52 Gold mohur and 22 Seintalone mango plants were grown.
