Monsoon Tree Planting Event: MOIP organizes to green the environment

Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing, deputy ministers and related officials attended the monsoon tree planting ceremony which held in front of the new building of e-ID Department at the Ministry office in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

The ceremony was held with the aim to implement greening environ. At first, the Union Minister planted Gantgaw sapling, followed by planting of Gantgaw and Khayay saplings by the deputy ministers and officials at their respective places.

Then, the Union Minister and officials viewed the planting of saplings by the staff. Altogether 450 saplings of various perennial trees and mango were planted in the compound of the ministry.
