Monsoon Tree Planting Event :500 species of saplings planted

Ministry of Hotels and Tourism and Nay Pyi Taw Hotelier Association organized the Monsoon Tree Planting Ceremony 2023 at the Nay Pyi Taw Hotelier Association office, Dekkhinathiri District in Nay Pyi Taw Council Area on Wednesday.

The ceremony was took place with the attendance of the Union Minister for Hotels and Tourism U Aung Thaw, Deputy Directors and concerned officials. At first, Union Minister planted shady and wind break neem sapling at the targeted place followed by the plantation of Arthawka , Khayay ၊, Kankaw  and teak at the respective places. 

Then, the Union Minister and party viewed around the planting process. It’s learnt that there are altogether 500 species of saplings were planted at the ceremony.
