Monsoon golf competition: Kachin State CM opened the tournament

The 10th Tournament of the Hole in One Group's monsoon golf competition was held on August 31st at 6:30 AM at the Myitkyina Golf Club, organized by the Kachin State Government. The event was officially opened by the Chief Minister U Khat Htain Nan, the Chief Justice of the State High Court, and the members of the state government.

At the opening ceremony of the monsoon golf competition, the Chief Minister, the Chief Justice of the State High Court U Tu Ja, members of the state government, the state government’s Secretary, officials from the Myitkyina Golf Club, and representatives from the 10th Tournament of the Hole in One Group participated in striking a golf ball to officially commence the event.

In the evening, a prize-giving ceremony was held at the City Park Royal restaurant. During the ceremony, U Kyaw Min Khaing, the Minister of Ethnic Affairs and Patron of the 10th Tournament of the Hole in One Group, presented a commemorative gift to the Chief Minister and expressed gratitude to those who supported and assisted in the event.

Prizes were awarded to the winners in various categories, including the best individual scores, the best youth player, female winners, senior winners, and those who received special awards from the Chief Justice of the Kachin State High Court. The Chief Minister also honored the team winners in the monsoon golf competition with awards for first, second, third, fourth, and fifth places, as well as one Hole in One prize winner, presenting them with certificates and cash prizes.
