Mongolia–Bulgaria celebrate 75 years of ties

Mongolia and Bulgaria marked the 75th anniversary of their diplomatic relations in Sofia. During the event, it was emphasized that Bulgaria joined NATO in 2004 and the European Union in 2007, and is preparing to fully accede to the Schengen Area next year.

At the ceremony, Mongolia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Bulgaria, L. Sayanaa, highlighted that the two governments have signed significant agreements in the fields of road and air transport.
