Moke Thon Cup Golf tournament: Mon State CM awarded the prizes for winner teams

The opening ceremony of 2024 Mon State Monsoon Season Moke Thon Cup Golf tournament was held at Mawlamyaing Golf-Club (Ngna-Te) in the morning on 6th July and attended by Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein, Chief Justice of State High Court, State Ministers and golf players.

First, the Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein, Chief Justice of State High Court, State Minister for Security and Border Affairs, secretary of State Government opened the tournament by striking the Color Ball. Next, the Chief Minister cordially greeted the golf players and watched the competition events of Monsoon Season Moke Thon Cup Golf tournament.

After that, the Chief Minister and State Ministers viewed and encouraged the participants in the cleaning tasks including departmental personnel, security members, members of Myanmar Police Force and Fire Brigade, civil societies and ward residents who were cleaning at No. (12) Basic Education High School and No (1) Basic Education High School and Thukhawady Basic Education High School in Mawlamyaing, gave necessary instruction and inspected the school buildings.

The prize awarding ceremony of 2024 Mon State Monsoon Season Moke Thon Cup Golf tournament was held in the afternoon and the Chief Minister awarded the trophy and prizes of honor to the first, second and third prize winners. Next, the officials awarded the prizes to the first, second and third prize winners in relevant category and the best ball striker, it’s reported.
