Mobile medical unit: field healthcare services provided to people in Sittway

Under the guidance of the National Disaster Management Committee and the Rakhine State government, a mobile medical unit-MMU including medical staff from the Social Security Board of the Ministry of Labour started rendering medical treatment to locals and insured workers at designated places in Sittway and its vicinity on 3rd of May.

Medical personnel will treat diarrhoea, illness, headache, running rose and cough that may occur in the aftermath of Mocha as well as will provide preventive measures and health education for secondary diseases and health problems that may arise after Mocha.
